Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturers estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.


Customers who fail to select product options when ordering will be shipped products with options selected by us. On each product page with option boxes there is clear notation that a selection must be made. When no selection is made by the customer then we will make it for them. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to a customer failing to make product option selections.


Payment is expected at time of placing an order through TheMonkeyFist.com except in the cases of selecting check/money order. When paying by check, money order or online check, your order will not be shipped until payment funds have cleared through our bank. For customers granted Net Terms, their payment is expected within 30 days of order shipment. For outstanding invoices not paid within 60 days of shipment of goods our company will pursue any and all means necessary to recover payment. Invoiced customers are aware and understand that by placing an order with our company they are agreeing to pay their account balance in full within the alloted time period of 30 days. Failure to pay balance within 60 days and they are in breach of contract and will be turned over to necessary Collections Agencies and Attorneys. Customers failing to pay account balances withing their alloted term period agree to pay any and all expenses and fees incurred by TheMonkeyFist.com in the pursuit of retrieiving payment.

For any orders deemed as potentially fraudulent by our Merchant credit card processor they will be immediately cancelled and money refunded if payment was completed. There are no exceptions to this condition because our Merchant processors have a set of strict regulations and rules in place to ensure that fraudulent orders are not allowed. It is not within our power to override their standards and manually accept orders that have previously been marked as potentially fraudulent.


Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the shipping carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less shipping charges. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable unless new shipping charges are paid by the customer. Additionally, if the package was refused for delivery, we reserve the right to assess a 15% re-stocking fee. To prevent additional shipping fees and possible restock fees please verify that your address is correct before placing an order on our website. If you realize that a mistake was made when entering your shipping information please contact us immediately. If your order has not already shipped we will be able to modify the shipping address.


We have made every effort to thoroughly describe each product including all available options and accurately display the color of the cords. Differences in computer monitors, screen resolution, and other factors could cause colors to appear in shades or tones that are not 100% accurate. If precision in color selection is important, it is recommended that your contact us regarding a cord sample prior to ordering.

We are unable to give cash or credit card refunds for products due to color dislike. We do not allow returns or exchanges of items already shipped due to a preference change in product options such as knot core, color or size. We are not responsible if you order the wrong color, core or size for a product. On a case-by-case basis we will consider providing a product refund if you are not satisfied with the quality and/or craftsmanship of your product(s). After providing us with your reasoning for dissatisfaction we will determine if a product return will be accepted. Your refund will be issued once the item(s) have been shipped back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item so that we may issue you an RMA number to include in your return package. Items being returned must be received by us within 7 days after issuing a return authorization.


TheMonkeyFist.com owners nor staff will be held responsible for any injuries sustained while using our products. Due to size and possible choking hazard we do not recommend any of our products for children under the age of five. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to TheMonkeyFist.com or to products you purchase through TheMonkeyFist.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Jefferson City, Tennessee, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate TheMonkeyFist.com intellectual property rights, TheMonkeyFist.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Tennessee, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.


International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International which typically requires 7-10 business days for delivery. The shipping transit time can vary depending on customs requirements for various countries. By placing an order on TheMonkeyFist.com all international customers residing outside of the United States agree to not hold TheMonkeyFist.com owners responsible for packages that are delayed or lost after being shipped. All packages being shipped to international customers will contain a Customs Declaration form and tracking number providing proof of shipment.
